Twenty-five years of travelling in 70 countries, working in 5, and leading more than 800 people taught Rodrigo that teams could achieve impossible things when working together.
Rodrigo founded Something Bigger, a media and leadership training company based on his successful experiences leading teams and years of studying human potential. He is on a big mission to accelerate the transition towards a more “human leadership” at scale.
