Program
It is an acceleration leadership program for team leaders that enables a step change in their performance and effectiveness as a leader.
The program integrates practical business insights, learning-by-doing methodology, science base methods and behaviour change methodology.
The program consists of 12 sessions delivered online or in person over four to five months. Additionally, each participant will benefit from individual coaching sessions to work on the most important block or challenge.
The program is totally customisable to the priorities and goals of each organisation.
The program aims at any team leader – Supervisor, Manager, or Director.
The Journey
Phase 1 – Self-Leadership
We will choose between the following:
- The power of self-awareness
- Uncover what is really driving you.
- Have clarity about what you want in life and business.
- Uncover what you stand for.
- How to handle thoughts and emotions.
- Understanding limiting beliefs.
Phase 2 – Lead Teams Effectively
We will choose between the following:
- How to communicate more effectively and develop interpersonal skills.
- How to build a high-performance team.
- How to effectively manage teams in hybrid or remote environments.
- How to lead through coaching.
- How to build your personal branding.
- How to implement change through storytelling.
- How to solve conflicts and have different conversations.
- How to engage and motivate teams.
- How to create and manage diverse teams: multi-cultural, multi-generational teams.

The Something Bigger - High Performance Teams course has been a catalyst in bringing our team together. It started off by giving each of us an avenue to identify our values and what we envisioned for ourselves in the different spheres of our lives. This was a refreshing exercise as I could think holistically beyond career and work goals, and discover what mattered most to me. The individual coaching sessions were also beneficial where Rodrigo coached me from an outsider’s perspective and helped me to prioritise what would contribute most to my values and goals. The team workshops were a good opportunity for us to brainstorm on ways that we can work together better and more productively. They also helped me to get to know other members of the team that I don’t usually work with. Overall, this course has been beneficial and has raised the culture and satisfaction levels within the team.
